He has garnered a strong work ethic supported by Fortune 500 companies such as The Ritz-Carlton Hotels & Resorts, The Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Westin Hotels and countless others. Lynn has been trained/certified/awarded the Service Excellence Award for Outstanding Customer Service and is trained in Forbes 5 Star service for worldwide Hotel Standards. He holds a degree in Business Administration from State Technical Institute at Memphis.
